**Jobomschrijving**:
Als Coördinator kom je terecht op de afdeling ‘Master Data Governance’ binnen de centrale commerciële administratie van onze internationale klant.
Je belangrijkste opdracht is om de winkelartikelen aan te maken, aan te passen of te verwijderen, als onderdeel van de implementatie van het nieuwe kassasysteem. Je andere taken zijn het bijhouden van de verschillende wijzigingen op artikelniveau. Je volgt de activiteiten van je teamleden mee op en coördineert ze.
De verschillende tools die je als administratief bediende dagelijks gebruikt zijn: SAP, Gsuite, Winstore (managementtool in de winkel) en internet (om de GS1-database en productinformatie van de leverancier te bekijken). Hiervoor krijg je een interne opleiding.
**Taken en verantwoordelijkheden**
**Analyse**:
- Je analyseert elk artikel en elke situatie in detail.
- Je stelt oplossingen voor op basis van het resultaat van je analyses.
**Project**:
- Je beheert de data van de winkelproducten op een efficiënte en nauwkeurige manier
- Je respecteert de gevraagde deadlines
- Je werkt je eigen opdrachten af en je ondersteunt je collega's
- Je deelt je knowhow met je collega's
- Je rapporteert de voortgang van het werk aan de manager van de afdeling
Je bent een van de contactpersonen voor winkelmedewerkers die zich tot jou kunnen richten met specifieke vragen over het project of met verzoeken om artikels aan te passen.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma of een gelijkaardige ervaring
- Je bent tweetalig (FR / NL) of je spreekt tenminste Frans / Nederlands met een goede kennis van de andere nationale taal
- Je hebt een analytische en kritische geest en houdt er van om met data om te gaan
- Je bent flexibel en klantgericht
- Je behoudt het overzicht en werkt georganiseerd. Je hebt oog voor detail en zin voor orde en structuur.
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden
- Je bent gemotiveerd en dynamisch
- Je legt de lat hoog voor jezelf
- Je leert snel bij
