**About the role**

As Management Assistant you will contribute to the efficiency of the Bekaert SWS Plant Zwevegem management by providing timely and personal support.

**Your Impact as Management Assistant**:

- You will organize meetings and events, both inside and outside the production plant, making sure everything runs smoothly also managing all necessary documentation and logistics.
- You will create and manage a streamlined system, like SharePoint, for sharing and storing information efficiently.You support the plant digital journey.
- You support in periodic and ad hoc reporting, aintain dashboards where appropriate.
- You will assist in the onboarding of new colleagues by collaborating with HR, IT, and hiring managers, and arranging and optimizing business travel based on travel purposes and schedules.

**About You**

**Essential skills & competencies**
- You have solid experience as Management Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced international environment.
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- You respond with appropriate urgency to emergent situations, thrive under pressure and adhere strictly to deadlines.
- You know how to maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in every situation.
- You are a team player but also a self-starter in organizing, researching, and getting things done.
- You speak and write Dutch and English fluently. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- You have a problem-solving attitude.
