Functieomschrijving Als assistant store manager in Zwevegem met een vast contract zal je volgende taken uitvoeren:
- Je bent de rechterhand van de Filiaalmanager
- Je werkt samen in een team van 4 à 5 assistenten
- Je dient de Filiaalmanager te vervangen indien nodig
- Je kan perfect de winkel openen en sluiten
- Je volgt de voorraad op en plaatst bestellingen
- Je bent klantvriendelijk
- Jouw team kan op elk moment bij jou terecht
- Je bent een echte people manager
- Je staat in rechtstreeks contact met het distributiecentrum
- 90% van de tijd staat de assistant store manager in de winkel, slechts 10% is bureauwerk
- Je hebt geen schrik om fysiek zwaar werk te verrichten
- Je hebt over een eerste leidinggevende ervaring
- Je bent gebeten door retail
- Je bent klaar om onze vestiging mee naar een hoger niveau te helpen
- Je bent heel dynamisch en werkt graag aan een hoog tempo
- Je bent een persoon met pit
- Je bent stressbestendig
- Je kan werken tussen 7u en 20u30
- Je beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit
- Je bent in staat om de commerciële cijfers van jouw winkelpunt te analyseren en de nodige acties (binnen een bepaald kader) op poten te zetten
- Je bent flexibel en dit zowel op het vlak van werkuren als qua plaats tewerkstelling
