GEOxyz is an independent company specialized in hydrographic, geophysical & geotechnical and topographical surveys, site investigations, off shore renewable energy support and crew transfers. The Company operates primarily in the North Sea basin and liaises with highly qualified people (about ~ 180 employees) as well as state of the art assets (vessels, measurement and analytical instruments). The current business has about €60,0 million worth in sales.

**In search of Logistic Support Assistant**:
- You support in organizing transportation efficiently.-
- Administrative support for transport planning and processing of transport documents.-
- You collect data and communicate with drivers.-
- All round control and follow-up of the entire logistic process.-
- Preparing the necessary/requested shipping documents.-
- General support for purchases and administration.**What do we expect from you?**:
- You obtained a bachelor’s degree.-
- You are have good organization and time-management skills.-
- MS Excel, Word and Outlook don't have any secrets for you.-
- You have a hands on mentality and are able to prioritize tasks.-
- You can take responsibility and find your way in organized chaos.-
- You can work with attention to detail.-
- You are willing to work 5 days a week in the office in Zwevegem.**What do we offer you?**:
