**LE TRAVAIL**:
En tant que Manager Technical approval & Methods, vous assurez la délivrance des agréments de travail pour le matériel roulant avec organes de travail (On Track Machines - OTM) d’Infrabel et des entrepreneurs opérant sur les voies mises hors service. A cet effet, vous établissez les prescriptions techniques de référence auxquelles le matériel roulant doit satisfaire, vous définissez les modes opératoires comment le matériel roulant doit être utilisé en vue de la bonne exécution des activités externalisées. Ainsi vous assurez une collaboration solide avec les entrepreneurs, notamment en leur facilitant la sélection du matériel roulant approprié aux travaux pour Infrabel et en ligne avec les visions à court, moyen et long terme d’Infrabel.
- En exécution du business plan de notre direction Operations, vous définissez la stratégie de "Technical approval & Methods". Après approbation par votre ligne hiérarchique, vous les traduisez en objectifs tactiques et opérationnels. Vous garantissez l’implémentation effective des activités de votre entité afin de contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs stratégiques de l’entité et de l’organisation.
- Vous organisez et suivez les différentes activités liées à « Technical approval & Methods ». Vous prévoyez, allouez et évaluez les ressources (humaines, matérielles, temporelles et budgétaires) en fonction des priorités et besoins afin d’offrir un service efficace qui respecte les délais et les exigences de qualité de l'organisation.
- Vous menez une équipe d'experts, exerçant des activités spécialisées et/ou de conseils, au sein d'un ou de plusieurs domaine(s). Vous assurez l’autonomie et le développement continu des connaissances, aptitudes et savoir-faire des collaborateurs et collaboratrices afin d’entretenir et mettre à profit leurs compétences et de garantir le bon fonctionnement de l’entité.
- Vous concevez, développez, implémentez et optimisez le processus de délivrance des agréments de travail pour le matériel roulant avec organes de travail d’Infrabel et des entrepreneurs circulant et opérant sur les voies. Le but est de respecter les obligations légales et d’assurer la mise à disposition du matériel roulant correspondant aux normes en matière de sécurité et de qualité.
- Vous procédez aux analyses de risques relatives à l’exploitation du matériel roulant afin de détecter les risques d’endommager les composants de l’infrastructure ferroviaire, soit lors de la desserte des organes de travail, soit lors de la mise en place du matériel sur les voies.

- Vous concevez et mettez à jour les prescriptions techniques qui encadrent la délivrance des agréments de travail pour le matériel roulant (vision à court, moyen et long terme) et les modes opératoires (matériel roulant et la qualification du personnel). A cet égard, vous êtes la personne référente pour les entrepreneurs afin de favoriser et guider la sélection du matériel roulant le plus approprié aux exigences de sécurité et aux besoins opérationnels d’Infrabel.
- Vous agissez en qualité de bureau des méthodes pour les activités externalisées en assurant la normalisation/la standardisation au niveau du matériel roulant et des modes opératoires. Concernant les travaux complexes et délicats, vous développez et implémentez un système de qualification à destination des entrepreneurs et de leur personnel afin de garantir la qualité du travail exécuté.
- Vous encouragez, accompagnez et stimulez en permanence les collaborateurs et collaboratrices dans le développement et l'amélioration des services, procédures, produits et méthodes utilisés, dans l'identification de solutions innovantes et dans l'analyse d'opportunités techniques et économiques afin d'augmenter l'efficacité de l’entité, la collaboration avec les entrepreneurs ainsi que de viser l’adoption des changements souhaités par l’organisation.
- Vous représentez l’entité en tant qu’expert.e dans votre domaine d’activités. Vous participez aux discussions au sein de groupes de travail internes et externes, ainsi qu'avec les entrepreneurs afin de fournir aux parties prenantes suffisamment d’informations pour prendre les décisions appropriées et défendre les intérêts de l’entité et de l’organisation.
- Vous vous tenez constamment informé.e des évolutions et développements dans votre domaine. Vous êtes à l’écoute de toute information pertinente afin de fournir un service qui repose en permanence sur des connaissances actualisées et d'anticiper les évolutions du marché.
