**Position Summary
Are you passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers, developing people and working with different departments within Nespresso and do you see solving problems as an energizer? By joining our team, you will lead the technical operations team and be responsible for all technical services that Nespresso provides to its B2C and OOH customers (central repair, repair logistics and on-site repair/maintenance). You ensure the smooth operation of both the internal technicians as well as our outsourcers. You develop the After Sales Strategy based on all internal and external insights and take decisions, taking into account 3 important parameters: customer experience, technical expertise and budget considerations.

**A day in the life of a Technical Operations Manager
- Lead and further develop capabilities of the team
- Monitor KPI’s of the own and outsourced services and determine the strategy for the months to come aligned with the sales force.
- Oversee all operational processes and ensure optimizations in order to come to the most optimal way of working for all parties involved
- Set up of projects and implementation to continuously increase our service to our customers/.
- Manage our outsourced repair partners located in the Netherlands, France and Luxembourg
- Have full budget responsibility for after sales and provide monthly and yearly budget forecasts

**What will make you successful
- Professional and intellectual capabilities at academic or higher professional education level.
- **Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in after sales (or similar), **preferably in a management function
- Being open-minded
- Languages
- Dutch/French : excellent level speaking & writing
- English : good level speaking & writing
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to continually finetune our strategy execution
- Willingness to learn
- Drive to deliver service quality consistently and reliably
- Willingness to act as a trusted partner, proactively addressing business and people needs and challenges
- Experience in budget management
