**Description**:
You are passionate about IT with a solid understanding of business processes and technical skills in SAP, while being able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders in a bilingual French-Dutch environment.
**Your profile**:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in economics or applied computer science.
SAP experience or an extensive ERP experience.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.
Fluency in French and Dutch, with professional knowledge of English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
**Role**:
Find solutions to business problems in SAP and provide second-level support on production systems.
Collaborate with project manager and colleagues to prioritize business requirements and update documentation.
Produce scenarios and execute integration and acceptance tests with key users.
Understand, structure and model business requirements in existing templates and propose tailor-made solutions.
Effectively manage deadlines and communicate with stakeholders in the event of scheduling problems or unforeseen events.
