**Je nieuwe functie**
Voor onze klant in Zaventem is Hays op zoek naar een project administrator.
Als **project administrator** ben je verantwoordelijk voor de order entry en het ordermanagement. Hiervoor zal je bestellingen in SAP inbrengen en de nodige controles uitvoeren per order. Bovendien zal je de administratie onderhouden voor elk project in SAP. Daarnaast zal je orderbevestigingen aanmaken aan klanten. Verder zal je administratief de langetermijnovereenkomst afhandelen. Daarnaast hou je de material master data en customer master data up to date in SAP. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van creditnota’s. Ten slotte zal je ook af en toe contacten hebben met klanten voor vragen gerelateerd aan bestellingen.
**Jouw profiel**
Voor deze job als **project administrator** is Hays op zoek naar iemand met een **eerste werkervaring** in een soortgelijke functie. Je communiceert perfect in het **Engels**. Bovendien heb je ook een goede kennis van het **Nederlands**. Een basis Frans is een pluspunt. Bovendien heb je een goede kennis van het SAP systeem. Ten slotte kan je commercieel omgaan met klantencontact.

**12 adv-dagen.**
