**Responsibilities**:
**Customer needs and prioritisation**:
- You are the glue between the customer and the development team.
- You’re well-practiced in analysing and identifying solutions
- You can align the customer solution with the internal product roadmap and strategic goals.
- You develop scope and define backlog items (epic/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.
- You are great in managing and prioritising the backlog
- You understand the development, implementation and deployment of new software solutions.
- You’re eager to improve on the performance and features of existing software services.
**Quality and productivity of your team**:
- You will act as the main contact person of the development team
- You have an understanding of how technology of the product is built to make informed decisions
- You will be writing user needs and specifications that are needed to keep our medical certifications, for this you will be in contact with compliance and regulatory teams
- You can monitor and validate the sprint scope
- You make a good balance between “planning something” and “doing something”, you can prioritize and execute decisions depending on the company needs
**Communicate and presentation**:
- You can clearly present the perspectives and goals to the teams and entire company
- You communicate important updates and dependencies on other teams
- You are not afraid to discuss and clarify technical and non-technical issues
- You write and share product release notes
**Your profile**:
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
- Accountable for the created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating the product needs with business partners.
- Identifies and helps the client understand the business model, value and value proposition.
- Develop and maintain an appropriate prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
- Act as an ambassador for the product, both internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
- Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
- Represents team in front of stakeholders, clients or users.
- Work closely with product management and senior management in order to create a product that fits the company portfolio.
- Good communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous working experience as a Product Owner or functional analyst for at least 2 years
- Team player with excellent verbal and communication skills
- It’s a plus to use other skills like creating a UI/UX design, hosting agile team meetings and fulfill minor scrum master duties.
