SPA has an immediate need for a IT Business Analyst to provide contracting services to NATO.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support development of the Agency Costed Customer Services Catalogue.
- Service Descriptions revisions
- Coordination work with Service Lines
- Calculation and analysis of Service Rates (catalogue services prices)
- Support to NATO customers in budgetary process.
- Maintain complex Excel spreadsheet, Access databases and producing ad-hoc reports.
- Lead and support financial aspects of the business and IT services.
- Collaborate closely with Finance on budgetary issues, service projects set up and Service Lines funding related issues.
Qualifications:
**Required Qualifications**:
- A very good understanding of an IT organization and of the different teams and technologies involved in all areas of a typical IT organization.
- Highly numbers-oriented.
- Very comfortable working with large sets of IT related financial data.
- Experience in reporting and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Access, data analytics and processing tools).
- Experience in collecting data from various sources and stakeholders.
- Experience in databases maintenance, and good understanding of relational databases.
- Excellent communication skills and advanced/proficient English speaking and writing skills.
- Good in delivering output where the dependency on other teams/branches.
- National of one of the 30 NATO countries.
- In possession of an active National and/or NATO Secret security clearance.
