Implémenter des modifications majeures dans la solution actuelle de la plateforme ServiceNow:
Soutenir les nouvelles fonctionnalités liées à ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SEC, RH, etc.
Analyse des demandes de changement.
Déterminer l'impact des modifications apportées à la plateforme.
Rédiger les spécifications des exigences métier/utilisateur basées sur les besoins pour la plateforme ServiceNow.
Élaborer des spécifications fonctionnelles pour les "améliorations" (modifications de la solution existante) et les valider auprès des parties prenantes concernées.
Point de contact unique pour l'informatique et/ou le métier.
Premier point de contact pour les développeurs lors du développement des "améliorations".
Premier point de contact pour les architectes informatiques, les spécialistes de l'intégration ou de la sécurité.
Fournir un soutien administratif et fonctionnel dans ServiceNow aux utilisateurs et aux responsables de processus au sein de l'organisation.
Offrir un support rapide pour les questions des utilisateurs et la résolution des problèmes en production.
Effectuer des tests d'intégration système et gérer/coordonner les tests d'acceptation utilisateur.
Organiser et réaliser des tests d'intégration et d'acceptation.
