We are currently looking for a **Area Individual Reservations Agent** to join our dynamic team here at **Service & Support Centre.**

**Do**
- **Checking **availability for accommodation on the customer’s desired dates
- **Making** reservations for customers based on their requirements and budgets
- **Answer **any questions customers might have about the reservation process
- **Processing** payments and sending confirmation details
- **Solving **any issues that may arise after the costumer stay
- **Up-selling** by informing of additional services or packages
- **Providing** support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation
- **Advising** customers about local attractions and places of interest
