Voor een grote internationale spelen binnen de logistiek, zoek we vandaag een
**Customer Service Employee Logistics**, te Willebroek. Ben jij het organisatorisch talent dat we zoeken? Aarzel niet te solliciteren.
**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:
- Je informeert de klanten over de status van de **goederenstroom**.
- Je **onderhoudt** **het** **klantencontact** en het administratief verwerken hiervan en je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte klanten opvolging.
- Je dient tevens de **klantenadministratie** in orde en up to date te houden.
- Je **registreert correct klantenorders **en volgt deze goed op.
- Je **communiceert** met **carriers** en lost problemen op.
- Je stelt **douane** gerelateerde **documenten** (Import/Export) op.
**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:
- Je hebt een **bachelordiploma** (richting logistiek) **of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.**:
- Je spreekt vlot **Nederlands, Engels en Frans.**:
- Je bent **sociaal** en je hebt **communicatieve** vaardigheden voor het onderhouden van contacten.
- Je bent goed met **MS** **Office**, voornamelijk Excel.
