Un aperçu de votre fonction ?
En tant qu’Engineering Manager, vous drivez au niveau technique une équipe de dessinateurs (28 collaborateurs) en collaboration avec d’autres Engineering Manager afin de garantir le développement, la mise en œuvre et la maintenance des services fournis aux clients.
- Vous serez responsable de:
la gestion de la qualité des données,
- l’amélioration des processus et des méthodes de travail,
- la gestion des devis/remise de prix et des nomenclatures,
- la mise en place de réunions pour suivre de près le travail effectué par les dessinateurs (anticipation et rectification si besoin)
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec d’autres départements pour garantir l’excellence opérationnelle et la satisfaction des clients.
Qui recherchons-nous ?
Une personne d’expérience en FTTH bilingue AN/FR, autonome, orientée solutions, rigoureuse, résistante au stress, faisant preuve d’une bonne communication, de flexibilité et d’un esprit d’équipe.
Pour vous, la transparence, la prise d’initiatives et la remise en question sont des mots d’ordre.
Une maitrise de Comsof, Qgis et Geostruct est fortement demandée.
