En tant que **Consultant(e) ServiceNow**, vous aurez la responsabilité d’accompagner les clients dans leur trajet vers l’automatisation. Nous sommes à la recherche de profils junior, medior et senior dans ce domaine.

Your challenge

Recommander des solutions adaptées aux besoins fonctionnels et à l’environnement technique des clients, dans le contexte de la plateforme ServiceNow

Implémenter la solution choisie sur la plateforme ServiceNow

Accompagner les équipes des clients en organisant des ateliers destinés à identifier et rassembler leurs besoins

Contribuer à la rédaction de la documentation de projet (fichier d’architecture, spécifications techniques), à la configuration ou au développement de la solution, et aux tests de cette solution

Préparer les présentations et propositions qui seront faites aux clients. Assurer le suivi de toute la documentation adressée aux clients et équipes internes

Aider notre équipe à développer les activités des clients, en utilisant votre expertise de la plateforme ServiceNow et d’autres modules comme ITSM, CSM, FSM et HR Service Delivery

**Profile**:
Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe

Vous êtes orienté(e) services et clients

Vous avez de l’expérience avec ITSM/CSM/FSL ou avec des projets d’intégration RH

Vous êtes certifié(e) pour l’utilisation de ServiceNow (SysAdmin, Fundamentals/CSA, ITSM et d’autres modules)

Vous parlez couramment le français et le néerlandais
