As a Solution Consultant, you ensure TechWolf delivers top-notch solutions that make our customers successful. You are responsible for analysing the customer need, presenting solutions to both business and technical audiences and executing projects that prove the value of our solutions.

You will work hand-in-hand with TechWolf’s commercial and product team to translate customer objectives and demand into a proposal and actionable requirements while helping them innovate and stay ahead of where the market is going. You will play an essential role in TechWolf as you will have a massive impact on its growth.

**You will**:

- Guide customers early on in their customer journey as a trusted advisor;
- Articulate the value of multiple flavours of our skill-based solutions;
- Manage proof of concepts and implementation projects with your proactive communication, organised way of working and swift follow-up on business and technical jobs to be done;
- Comprehend the genuine customer need, grasp the specific business context and naturally translate those into an actionable business solution based on the TechWolf Skill Engine;
- Gain expertise in the broader talent-related challenges in various industries;
- Bridge the gap between sales and product & engineering

**Skills we are looking for**:

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Engineering or experience in Management Consulting;
- 4-6 years of professional experience, preferably consulting;
- Passionate about working with customers and energised by making them successful;
- Initial experience with managing projects with external stakeholders in an enterprise context;
- Proactive communicator;
- Interested in solving open-ended business problems with a combination of technology and creative thinking;
- Experience with data analysis, data visualization and business intelligence platforms;
- Displays initiative, self-motivation and delivers high-quality results;
- Excited to work in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment;
- Open to continuous learning and development;
- Growth mindset

**Skills with a bonus**:
