Om de teams van Customer Services B2B in **Gent** te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar enthousiaste, dynamische collega’s (contract bepaalde duur van 6 maanden) **:2 Customer Support Officers (CSO) en 2 Sales Administrators (SA).**
**Je dagelijkse activiteiten**
- offering/contracting (CSO)
- overnames
- facturatie (SA)
- onbetaalde facturen
- producten & Diensten
- interactie met klanten en voorbereiding van klantenbezoeken
De klant is jouw belangrijkste zorg en je zorgt voor klanttevredenheid en de “customer journey”.
Je maakt gebruik van sociale mediatoepassingen en weet hoe je ze commercieel moet toepassen.
Je doet verbetervoorstellen en neemt deel aan concrete projecten om deze te implementeren.
Je neemt actief deel aan onze teamvergaderingen.
Je staat garant voor een kwalitatieve dienstverlening in een energiek team waarin veranderingen op snel tempo worden doorgevoerd.
Je zorgt voor een constructieve en transparante samenwerking met collega's en externe partijen.
**Jouw profiel**
- je hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring in een Marketing & Sales omgeving (bij voorkeur minstens 3 tot 5 jaar)
- je bent dynamisch en werkt graag in een commerciële omgeving waar de klant centraal staat, Je communiceert duidelijk en toont empathie
- je bent een kritisch denker en kunt creatief te werk gaan bij het analyseren van problemen om oplossingen te vinden
- je bent flexibel en stressbestendig, een constant veranderende omgeving schrikt je niet af
- je bent proactief, neemt initiatief en durft met nieuwe ideeën te komen
- je staat open voor feedback en kan zelf constructief commentaar geven
- je bent een echte teamplayer
- je bent een expert in Microsoft Office-toepassingen (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, One Note...), kennis van SAP en Salesforce is een pluspunt
- kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt
