**Vos missions**
- Est exemplaire dans sa manière d'être, de faire et incarne l'état d'esprit de la marque
- Est garant du bon déroulement de l’évènement dans le respect du cahier des charges
- Contribue à l’optimisation de l’offre Meeting en étant force de proposition
- Applique les standards de qualité de la marque
- Est l'interlocuteur unique du client "Meeting" dans la mise en place et le traitement de la prestation vendue et négociée par la Direction Commerciale.
- Est responsable de la satisfaction du client dès la signature du contrat de vente de l'évenement jusqu'à la fin de la prestation
- S'adapte au client en lui proposant un mode de fonctionnement et un cadre sur l'organisation de la manifestation
- Contribue à développer le chiffre d’affaires autour de l’évènement par des ventes additionnelles.
- Contribue à la promotion de l’offre Meeting par la qualité des prestations et en étant force de proposition

**Vos aptitudes et qualités**
- Sens commercial / Persuasif
- Connaissance de l’environnement Internet, sensibilité aux nouvelles technologies
- Organisé, méthodique
- Leadership / aptitude à fonctionner en réseau

**Vos expériences professionelles**

Formation, Bachelor Hôtellerie, Marketing, Sales, Restauration ou équivalent.
Expérience en organisation d’évènements de salons, séminaires, congrès dans des environnements variés, internationaux de préférence est un plus.
Connaissance des outils bureautique.
A travaillé impérativement dans un environnement multiculturel.
Langues : très bonne connaissance du français, de l'anglais et du néerlandais
