**WHO IS ALANDO GLOBAL ?**
Alando Global started its operations in Belgium in 2019. Their first warehouse is in Grace-Hollogne, to help Chinese to declare their e-commerce goods and distribute them. Alando Global has expanded their transport services to cooperate with European transport companies to distribute goods. They have expanded their fleet of trucks to seven at the moment. You will be part of our small family that is expanding really quickly.
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
As Operations Manager, you bear P&L responsibility for your Transport customers and operations. You make your customers profitable by transforming the strategic vision of the organization into an action plan in which vision, commercial commitment, organizational efficiency and people management are the guiding principles. In this way, YOU will achieve a maximum return. What does this mean concretely?
- You know how to convince us of an impeccable vision with regard to an optimal organizational structure in order to ensure the continuity of your operations.
- As Operations Manager, you are at the basis of an optimal collaboration with other services so that your team gets all the necessary input and resources for a smooth operation.
- You guarantee a safe, efficient and profitable way of working by monitoring the returns and optimizations.
- While keeping eye on continuous growth, you maintain relationships with existing customers and detect opportunities for new business.
