**Klaar om de uitdaging aan te gaan? Als Operation Manager zijn je taken als volgt**:
- klanten assisteren bij hun energietransitie
- de technische referentie zijn voor je team en de klanten
- nauw samenwerken met de EMS, BMS, Smart Building Solutions en CES teams
- in synergie werken met het onderhoudsteam
- dagelijks projecten en hun budgettaire opvolging beheren
- nabij management toepassen om je team te ontwikkelen, te dynamiseren en de uitvoering van projecten te verzekeren
- toezien op de naleving van contractuele eisen en veiligheidsinstructies
- commerciële relaties ontwikkelen en rapporteren aan klanten Ben jij de ideale kandidaat?

- masterdiploma in elektromechanica/elektriciteit of equivalent
- ervaring in project-/teammanagement met een financiële component
- kennis van energiebeheer, elektriciteit en HVAC
- collaboratieve geest en het vermogen om uitdagingen te overwinnen
- heldere en gestructureerde communicatie, reactievermogen, proactiviteit en stressbestendigheid
- aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, klantenservice en teamgeest
- gericht op continue verbetering
- beheersing van het Frans en Nederlands
De doelstellingen van een energieprestatiecontract, onderhoud en comfort zijn om op lange termijn een verbetering van de energie-efficiëntie en de staat van een reeks bestaande gebouwen te verzekeren, terwijl het comfort van de bewoners wordt geoptimaliseerd.
- we stellen de meest geschikte energiebesparende maatregelen voor, rekening houdend met het budget en de doelstellingen van de klant
- we komen op voorhand overeen over de gewenste energieprestatiegaranties
- we verbinden ons ertoe de koolstofvoetafdruk tot een minimum te beperken
- we zorgen voor de uitvoering van de werken en het benodigde onderhoud nadien
- we garanderen een nauwkeurige opvolging van de energieprestatie dankzij onze digitale bewakingstools
- we zorgen voor de energiebesparingen
