Als operations manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het effectief beheren van de dagelijkse operationele activiteiten en de technische aspecten van ons productiebedrijf. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen (productie, technische dienst, kwaliteit, logistiek, planning,) om ervoor te zorgen dat onze productieprocessen soepel verlopen en aan de gestelde doelen voldoen. Je rapporteert in deze rol rechtstreeks aan onze COO.
Je belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zullen zijn:
- Het plannen, coördineren en beheren van onze productieafdeling en de technische dienst om optimale efficiëntie en productiviteit te garanderen.
- Het bewaken van de productiekosten en het identificeren van mogelijkheden voor kostenbesparing zonder concessies te doen aan de kwaliteit.
- Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van operationele strategieën en procedures om de algehele prestaties en output te verbeteren.
- Het waarborgen van de naleving van de veiligheids
- en kwaliteitsnormen.
- Het aansturen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van het operationele team om optimale prestaties en groei te bevorderen.
- Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om de communicatie en samenwerking tussen teams te verbeteren.

Ben je sterk in het coachen van mensen en ben je actie - en resultaatsgericht dan ben jij de Operations Manager die we zoeken. Het profiel dat we zoeken beschikt eveneens over volgend profiel:
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een industriële richting.
- Je hebt idealiter 5jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol. Ervaring in voeding
- en of pharma is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een uitgebreide kennis van productieprocessen, technisch onderhoud en operationele efficiëntie.
- Je hebt uitstekende leiderschap - en managementvaardigheden, met het vermogen om teams te motiveren en resultaten te behalen.
- Je hebt een analytisch en probleemoplossend denkvermogen.
- Je bent vertrouwd met LEAN - Six Sigma.
- Kennis van Microsoft Dynamics is een plus.
