En tant que Customer Services Employee, vous rejoindrez une équipe dynamique qui s'engage chaque jour en faveur de nos clients, contribuant ainsi à une société plus sûre et plus efficace. En effet, Vinçotte est actif auprès de différents types de clients et nous avons développé notre expertise et notre organisation dans les domaines des bâtiments publics et résidentiels, ainsi que dans le secteur de l'énergie, y compris les activités nucléaires. De plus, nous sommes également très innovants auprès de nos clients dans le domaine de la chimie et de la pharmacie, des environnements de production ainsi que du secteur du transport et de la logistique. Nos équipes du service client travaillent toujours à partir de l'un de nos sites à Vilvorde, Gand, Anvers ou Isnes.

Avec cette offre d'emploi, nous souhaitons renforcer notre équipe à Vilvorde.

**Fonction**:

- Vous êtes responsable du bon déroulement de l'ensemble du processus administratif des clients qui vous sont confiés. Vous soutenez également vos coéquipiers dans le suivi administratif d'autres clients. Vous suivez de près les commandes, les contrats et les factures, et assurez ensuite leur archivage correct. De plus, vous savez toujours formuler rapidement une réponse lorsque des clients (internes) vous contactent avec des questions.
- Vous êtes précis et travaillez de manière structurée. Vos collègues peuvent toujours compter sur vous.
- Vous pouvez également toujours compter sur vos collègues - des experts motivés qui sont prêts à vous aider.
- De plus, Vinçotte vous soutient également dans le approfondissement et l'élargissement de vos compétences. Nous commençons dès votre premier jour, car vous bénéficierez d'une formation approfondie sur le tas avant de travailler de manière autonome.

**Profil**:

- Diplôme : Bachelier professionnel en Gestion de bureau, Logistique,... ou expérience équivalente.
- Expérience : Vous êtes un couteau suisse administratif et avez plusieurs années d'expérience dans la gestion d'une administration correcte.
- Compétences:

- Vous travaillez de manière organisée et précise.
- Vous restez calme dans les moments de stress.
- Vous êtes amical dans vos contacts avec les clients et les inspecteurs.
- Vous terminez votre journée de travail avec le sentiment agréable que tout est sous contrôle.
- Vous êtes parfaitement bilingue néerlandais/français et vous exprimez couramment dans les deux langues.
