Senior Key Account Manager

Pour son client, leader des plateformes de livraison de nourriture en ligne en Europe, Heads & Hunters est à la recherche d’un.e** Senior Key Account Manager afin de développer le portefeuille clients retail.**
Cette fonction vous permettra de participer activement au développement d’un nouveau marché promis à une croissance substantielle en y apportant vos idées et votre drive
**Vos principales responsabilités**:
- **Développement des partenariats **:rechercher, négocier et signer des accords avec les principaux retailers en établissant des relations solides et de confiance;
- **Alignement stratégique**: identifier les solutions qui s’alignent parfaitement sur les objectifs des retailers, en garantissant une approche sur mesure pour répondre à leurs besoins spécifiques;
- **Prévision des ventes**: gérer et communiquer des prévisions de ventes précises, en fournissant des informations qui pourront contribuer à la prise de décision;
- **Vente à long terme **:adopter une approche stratégique et à long terme, avec un focus aussi bien sur les ventes immédiates que sur les phases ultérieures d’expansion et de renouvellement;
- **Performance et Excellence**: atteindre et dépasser les objectifs, en réalisant des performances exceptionnelles et en contribuant au succès global de l’équipe;
- **Implication au niveau exécutif**: vous êtes en contact avec les CEO, directeurs sales, directeurs stratégiques, VP,des retailers afin d’acquérir une compréhension globale de leurs besoins et de leur proposer la solution la plus adaptée.
**Vous êtes le profil recherché si**:
- Vous possédez** au moins 3 ans d’expérience **pertinente en **sales;**:
- Vous démontrez une expérience avérée dans le** secteur du retail ou FMCG;**:
- Votre niveau d’**anglais est excellent** et vous maîtrisez également le français et/ou néerlandais;
- Vous êtes capable d’i**nfluencer** et de **convaincre;**:
- Vous avez la capacité d’**établir** et de** maintenir des relations solides** avec la direction de vos clients potentiels et existants.Vous gagnez facilement la confiance;
- En plus d’entretenir votre portefeuille clients, vous faites preuve de la **résilience **nécessaire pour le développer;
- Vous aimez travailler de manière constructive dans un environnement d’équipe rapide et axé sur les résultats.
