Consumable Industrialization Officer

As an Consumable Industrialization Officer, you will participate in the identification and establishment of the methods and documentation required for production. You will be involved in new product and process development projects as well as in the continuous improvement and validation of manufacturing processes. You combine executive activities in the field with administrative and documentation activities.Your responsibilities:

- Write and verify production documents allowing the transfer from R&D to production and describe production processes.
- Actively participate in the training of production and maintenance personnel.
- Create and update product data (sampling, analysis, specifications, etc.).
- Ensure that stability data is available to support retest or expiration dates and storage conditions.
- Actively participate in risk analysis (products/processes, ).
- Monitor, document and ensure action plans for product changes via the change control procedure.
- Communicate with subcontractors all modifications or new products.
- Follow and document deviations and CAPA.
- Prepare product reviews.
- Contribute to customer communications and respond to requests for information on quality and product issues.
- Write and verify validation/qualification protocols and reports.
- Perform and document validation activities (equipment qualification and manufacturing/cleaning process validation).
- Make proposals regarding the optimization of production technologies (tooling requirements, production flow, workstation improvements, throughput, profitability, etc.).
- Support the curative and preventive maintenance activities of the production facilities (equipment and infrastructure).

Your profile:

- Bachelor degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience.
- You have a first experience in a GMP/ISO environment.
- You have a first experience in a similar function.
- You have a good level of English (B1-B2)
- You are familiar with the Office Suite.
- You have a critical mind, synthesis and analysis.
- You are a good communicator.
- You have good writing skills.
- You are able to work alone and in a team.
- You are organized with a sense of priorities.
