Commercial Activation Manager On Trade Benelux

- RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of any relevant programmes which deliver overall brand(s) objectives and ensure growth in the on trade presence.
- Giving input into the list of accounts to help us achieve overall objective along with the relevant FSM and, including recommendations into changes as it evolves over time
- Contribute to the design and execution of customer activities with the commercial team, feeding in specific customer insight and best practice
- Ensure that brand visual identities and communication guidelines are properly controlled and executed in all activity material and communications with a ruthless eye on implementation in these critical accounts
- Ensure effective tracking and management of the activity budget
- Monitor, track and evaluate activity production and delivery vs. agreed KPIs and assumptions
- Effective management of POSM (MDA), e.g. usage rates & budget control
- Understand and interpret customer POSM guidelines, administration and shipping / delivery requirements. This will be critical where the majority of accounts will require some level of bespoke visibility/activation.
- Establish working relationship with key customer contacts to influence and ensure activation compliance and all activity programmes remain in line with brand strategy.
- Regular weekly trade visits to ensure effective program execution and gain competitor understanding including relevant late-night work given the likely environment many of these outlets are likely to be in.
- Reporting, monitoring and analysis of brands within channel in accordance with overall channel reporting and make any required recommendations.
- Increase visibility in the selected accounts (Menu, Tailored Visibility, Social & Digital)
- Be the expert in Social & Digital Activation within the On Trade.
Skills and Experience
- SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY- Operating at pace and being able to multitask effectively, combined with a passion to develop, are all essential skills needed to excel within this role. You will also need:
- Minimum of 12 months experience within Sales (preferred)
- Confident working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Self-starter, comfortable in multi-skilling and operating at pace
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- A passion for the drinks industry and building 1st class customer relationships
- A flair for presenting ideas and plans with the ability to flex style to their audience
- Ability to work under pressure and to deal with ambiguity
