Purpose of the job
The Sustainability& CSR Manager position, directly reporting to Sustainability & CSR VP plays a significant role in managing sustainability through annual processes, marketing and tendering. He/She contributes to the development of Sustainability program and external positioning of Alstom.

The Sustainability & CSR Manager at Alstom is in charge of Sustainability & CSR coordination, Annual reporting, marketing, stakeholders relations & Communication with following responsibilities:
Deploy sustainability reporting processes for annual reporting in coordination with internal functions (HR, EHS, Innovation, Governance, Eco-design )
Support Regions and Platforms with marketing, business development and tender preparation activities
Prepare product promotion tools and position papers on Sustainability topics
Lead preparation of answers to investors (Dow Jones Sustainability Index, CDP, for example)
Coordinate Human rights protection program
**Daily support Sustainability Initiatives**: preparation and deployment of e-learning module, Sustainable Mobility Day,
Prepare internal and external communication materials via different channels including internal social media
Educational Requirements
**Mandatory**:
Master degree required
**Desirable**:
Ideally in engineering, sustainability management, environmental sciences, or commercial field.
Experience
2 to 5 years’ experience in sustainability, environmental sciences, industrial processes
Competencies & Skills
Demonstrated ability to lead project efficiently with multiple stakeholders in a global environment,
Ability to collect, analyse data and prepare powerful synthesis,
Autonomy in work organization, structure, rigor, ability to network and influence,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as the position will require to manage contacts with various functions and levels in the company,
Knowledge of current regulation, sustainability tools and reporting initiatives a plus,
Fluent English
