Als Communication Officer werk je mee aan ons Onderwijsprogramma voor de **Nederlandstalige markt**. De persoon zal één keer per week naar het kantoor in Louvain-la-Neuve komen en de rest van de tijd zal hij/zij werken op het kantoor in Antwerpen of vanuit huis.
Met Odoo’s Onderwijsprogramma kunnen leerkrachten en studenten Odoo online gratis gebruiken. Odoo is de perfecte cursusondersteuningssoftware voor trainingen en lessen in: boekhouding, bedrijfsbeheer, verkoop, e-business,...
Binnen het Onderwijsprogramma werk je nauw samen met het Marketing team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de **volgende taken**:
- Odoo’s Onderwijsprogramma **promoten** bij leerkrachten en scholen: mass mailings uitsturen, advertenties plaatsen op sociale media, meedoen aan beurzen voor het onderwijs, spreken op conferenties, workshops geven (Scale-Up & LabOdoo).
- Het gebruik van Odoo en business flows in het algemeen **populariseren**.
- **Prospectie** binnen onderwijsnetwerken, scholen, universiteiten,...
- **Contacten** met leerkrachten onderhouden en hun ambassadeur maken van de software.
- Het Scale-up spel wereldwijd **verzenden**: orders beheren, inpakken,...
**PROFILE**:
- Bachelordiploma of hoger (liefst in communicatie, levenslang leren of PR).
- Beschikken over goede relationele vaardigheden.
- Didactische vaardigheden: comfortabel zijn om voor een groot publiek te presenteren, kunnen interageren met een klas of met de deelnemers in een workshop.
- Academische mindset: oog voor detail, nieuwsgierig, zorgvuldig.
- Proactief en enthousiast.
**Must Have**:
- **Onmiddellijk beschikbaar.**:
- ** Perfect Nederlands **spreken en schrijven.
- ** Zeer goed Engels** spreken en schrijven.
- Zeer creatief en autonoom zijn.
- Grote interesse in de bedrijfswereld hebben en bereid zijn om te leren.
- In het bezit zijn van een **Rijbewijs B**.
- Een geldige werkvergunning voor België hebben.
**Nice to Have**:
- Kennis van de academische wereld.
- Algemene interesse in verschillende bedrijfsaspecten zoals boekhouden, kassabeheer, spreadsheets, project management, enz.
- Ervaring met online marketing: Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, en andere advertentietools.
- Passie voor software.
- Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van Frans.
