Context:
Taleo is enorm gegroeid sinds de oprichting in 2014. Taleo Brussels is een van de grootste kantoren in de Taleo groep en we zijn erg trots om aan te kondigen dat wij gaan uitbreiden naar Vlaanderen. Een van onze Senior Business Managers uit Brussel is op zoek naar gemotiveerde Business Managers om samen Taleo Antwerpen op te zetten.

Als Business Manager heb je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van je eigen business portfolio. Je zal de leiding hebben over je eigen klanten en consultants:
- Prospectie van nieuwe klanten en het definiëren van hun behoeften
- Verder ontwikkelen van al bestaande klanten
- Actief betrokken bij het (her)onderhandelen van contracten
- Voorbereiden van verschillende commerciële voorstellen voor onze klanten
- Betrokken zijn bij het ontwikkelen van nieuwe business proposals in nieuwe sectoren
- Follow-up van de consultants binnen je portfolio
- Management en recruitment van consultants
In plaats van een mooie diploma en veel ervaring is het juist je mindset die je zal helpen om je potentieel te behalen bij Taleo.
**Profiel**
- Je hebt de mindset van een entrepreneur met een sterke affiniteit voor business development
- Je bent proactief, sterk van geest, dynamiek en gedreven door resultaat
- Je communicatie skills, positive attitude en een onstilbare honger voor resultaat zijn belangrijke eigenschappen om succesvol te zijn in deze rol
- Je bent afgestudeerd aan een Business School of Universiteit en hebt al een eerste ervaring gehad in business development
- Je hebt ervaring als business manager in een management consulting omgeving en bent klaar om zelf een team op te zetten
- Je wilt doorgroeien naar een senior manager positie waarin je meerdere business managers aanstuurt.
