Het nieuwe team People Support staat ter beschikking van alle medewerkers van Belfius Bank en Belfius Insurance. De People Support Officers ontfermen zich over complexe of gevoelige dossiers van medewerkers, die zijn aangebracht door de andere HR teams of de people managers van Belfius. Het beheer en de goede werking van het Mobility Center valt daar mee onder, alsook het ondersteunen van medewerkers in hun loopbaan-aspiraties binnen Belfius.

Als lid van het team People Support maak je deel uit van de afdeling People Services, die behoort tot de Directie People, Brand & Communications.

**De job in een notendop**

Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie uit met de medewerkers en managers van Belfius door hen een kwalitatieve ondersteuning te geven, warm-menselijk én professioneel, bij complexe HR dossiers.
- Met jouw expertise en probleemoplossend vermogen slaag je erin complexe en gevoelige dossiers van medewerkers van Belfius Bank of Belfius Insurance tot een goed einde te brengen.
- Je ondersteunt de medewerkers die het nodig hebben in hun loopbaan-aspiraties en faciliteert interne mobiliteit, door hen te begeleiden doorheen de organisatie en processen van Belfius.
- Je doet dit op een warm-menselijke en creatieve manier, en zorgt voor een oplossing op maat, maar houdt hierbij steeds rekening met het HR beleid van Belfius, de interne policies, en de impact op de operationele processen.
- Je investeert actief in kennisbeheer en het vergroten van je expertise, en je zorgt ervoor dat je de evoluties op vlak van HR beleid, policies en processen binnen Belfius van nabij volgt.
- Je zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking met, en communiceert proactief naar alle betrokken stakeholders (medewerker, manager, HR Business Partner, etc ).

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
- Je hebt een grote emotionele intelligentie en empathie, en houdt van menselijke contacten.
- Je bent professioneel assertief, en weet tegelijk ook de nodige discretie te bewaren.
- Je bent pragmatisch, hebt een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen, en bent in staat autonoom te werken. Je vindt makkelijk je weg in een veelheid aan dossiers en bent in staat hier flexibel en rustig mee om te gaan.
- Je bent sterk (intern) klant-gericht, je neemt hierbij enerzijds een warm-menselijke houding en communicatie aan, maar zet tegelijkertijd in op het bewaken van interne policies en processen.
- Ervaring in een eerdere HR functie is een sterke troef.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatie-vaardigheden, zowel mondelijk als schriftelijk, in beide landstalen Nederlands en Frans.
