Your role
As an assistant, you provide full administrative and organisational support to the Partner and his team. The lawyers fully rely on you for the smooth running of their administration.

In terms of job content:

- Organise meetings and conference calls
- Administrative follow up on files
- Time entry and invoicing
- General administration and organisational tasks

What we look for in you is someone who:

- Is reliable and proactive
- Provides high-quality support
- Is positive, open-minded and eager to learn
- Has strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English
- Makes proposals for better work organisation
- Holds a bachelor degree in office management
- Plays for the team and the organisation
