**We are looking for a **Junior Key Account Manager** to join our Belgium sales team within the Health division.**

Reporting to the Head of KAMs Belgium you will be responsible for defining the customer strategy, building category expertise, retailer partnership, negotiation and implementation of the customer plan.

The position will be based in Anderlecht, Belgium.

You’ll succeed because

you’ve proved your success managing large and complex customers and brand portfolio. You have a strong business acumen with proven track records in FMCG. You are a proven strategic thinker, with a background in customer planning and negotiation. You are analytical and creative in your approach and you have the leadership and communication skills needed to get others behind your projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the annual business plan within your customer portfolio
- Manage customer negotiations in relation to Reckitt’s commercial strategy and customers trading terms
- Account planning and forecasting
- P&L ownership and responsibility: Achieve Net Revenue, Gross Margin, 4P targets (Product, Placement, Price & Promotion) & Net Working Capital targets for the accounts
- Working close with the Marketing and Trade Marketing team to deliver best practice in-store sales execution, on shelf availability and promotional compliance
