Junior Operations Controller

**CAIROX BELGIUM** is een toonaangevend leverancier van producten voor verwarming, ventilatie en airconditioning (HVAC).
Wij bieden totaaloplossingen voor HVAC-projecten aan professionele installateurs en studieburelen. Ons assortiment bevat een volledig gamma roosters, ventilatoren, airconditioning en warmtepompen.
Voor de versterking van onze hoofdzetel te **Zaventem** zijn wij op zoek naar een **Junior Operations Controller**.
Functieomschrijving:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van alle masterdata
- Je beheert de verschillende parameters die invloed hebben op de masterdata op een efficiënte en methodologische manier
- Je ondersteunt de marketingafdeling bij het bepalen van de correcte verkoopprijzen en commerciële campagnes in het ERP systeem
- Je ondersteunt en test de verschillende processen voor een 'Agile&Clean' datamanagement
- Je zorgt voor het aanmaken van correcte data en vermijdt de creatie van dubbele items
- Je biedt eerstelijns ondersteuning bij de creatie van de data voor alle interne afdelingen
- Je werkt mee aan de projecten van het Supply Chain-team
- Je helpt mee aan de optimalisatie van de magazijnvoorraad
- Je tracht voortdurend de kwaliteit van de masterdata te verhogen
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring en een oprechte interesse in supply Chain/logistiek in een snel groeiende technische omgeving
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig in ervaring (1 tot 2 jaar)
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Je bent analytisch en kan punctueel werken
- Je deelt het belang van een kwaliteitsvolle cijferanalyse
- Je hebt oog voor detail
- Je bent proactief
- Je kan zowel in team werken als zelfstandig
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office, je kan vooral vlot werken met Excel
