Het takenpakket van een gedreven Business Manager
- Je bouwt ons kantoor in Maasmechelen commercieel verder uit
- Je hebt goesting om een team van ervaren consultants te leiden, motiveren en evalueren
- Vacatures invullen samen met collega’s lukt probleemloos dankzij jou
- CRM en KPI’s zijn je bondgenoten
- Veel op de baan zijn schrikt je niet af: relaties met klanten en prospecten onderhouden is part of the job
- Planningen opmaken voor zowel afspraken als de kantoorbezetting is een fluitje van een cent

**Jouw vaardigheden & kennis**

Een ambitieuze Business Manager heeft een echte winnaarsmentaliteit, gaat tot het uiterste voor z’n klanten en levert de allerbeste service. Daarnaast beschik je ook over deze skills:

- De woorden ‘communicatief, gedreven en flexibel’ beschrijven jou het best
- Leidinggeven loopt voor jou van een leien dakje
- In PC- en Officetoepassingen vind jij vlot je weg
- Als echte doorbijter ben je commercieel ingesteld
- Je bent een teamplayer én een plantrekker
- Kennis van HR of goesting om de HR-wereld te ontdekken
- Je bent een krak in sales, maar ook een gedreven people manager
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands én het Frans

**Opleidingen**

Een bachelorsdiploma in je bezit hebben komt goed van pas.
