For an establish client in Brussels, Apleona HSG is looking for a fulltime:
**Facility Manager**
**_Enterprising, firm sparring partner _**
At our clients office in Brussels you will be responsible for the totality of the contract over two sites for both Hard and Soft FM. You are responsible for the implementation, management and optimization of the agreed services. As well as small project organization and completion. The goal is to achieve high quality services against the agreed (financial) result. You and the team are responsible for the budget and the continuity of the services. You translate the daily requests into concrete actions and maintain close contact with suppliers, while monitoring the quality of the service provided. In addition, you can plan and organise not only your own work, but also that of suppliers in such a way that the work is completed on time.
In this role you report to the Senior Facility Manager.
**What do you bring?**
Customer satisfaction and agreed (financial) results are paramount. You are analytical, accurate and you can identify bottlenecks in time and take action on them. You stand firmly in your shoes, listen carefully to the customer's wishes and see commercial opportunities. We also ask:
- A bachelor degree in Facility Management or similar;
- Experience in managing multiple facility services (soft and hard services);
- Managerial capacities and good communication skills;
- Experience with small projects, analyzing scope of work, organization and completion (with suppliers)
- Good command of the Microsoft Office package (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) and preferably experience with FMIS and CMMS systems;
- Representative, you have hospitality in your DNA;
- Excellent command of English and French, both spoken and written, and Dutch a big advantage.
