The purpose of the job is to partner with Business counterparts to guide them towards documentation and training excellence through continuous improvement and transformation projects.
The role has a key strategic relevance for the partnership with the Business and to raise the culture of documentation & training in the Company.
In this job you will:
- Ensure the training and documentation strategy (linked to project, improvements, complex/transversal CR) is compliant with QSS vision and objectives
- Participate as an active member of the Documentation & Training Manager’s alignment meeting to share best practices and contribute to improvement initiatives
- Ensure a consistent approach for Vx R&D training strategy with collaboration with Training Solution Manager
- Support the implementation and sustainability of projects to improve capabilities across Vaccines R&D (eg R&D Onboarding program, Safety & Quality culture, Competency Based Learning, Document Simplification)
- Interact with Documentation and Training Coordinators, Training Coordinators and Doc admin to use their operational and technical expertise for the implementation of the projects and complex/transversal CR
- Ensure that Doc and Training changes which impact multiple departments are shared with the other Documentation and Training managers via the Documentation & Training Manager’s meeting
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities for QSS and their department regarding doc and training topics with the support of the Doc and Training coordinator and TC
**Strategic partnership**
- Stakeholders’ management, organization and communication skills are an asset for the role.
- Individual should be able to interact with Business counterparts and build recommendations based on the needs, even challenging initial proposals, consolidated habits or unsuitable requests of any kind
- Take lead for the parts of projects that impact Documentation & Training by the Business counterpart
**Manage lifecycle of documentation & training**
- Maintain engagement with Platform/ process owners to ensure understanding of Documentation & Training culture
**Support project delivery / **Documentation & Training** continuous improvement / transformation**
- Lead/Drive Documentation & Training continuos improvement/transformation projects
- Support Documentation and Training head in improvement initiatives definition towards Q4.0
- Be the voice of the business 'reality' in QSS / Be able to voice the business constraints, difficulties, opportunities

Why you?
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master degree
- At least 6 years of professional experience in specified fields.
- Strategical and technical experience in training management.
- Documentation management experience strongly recommended.
- At least 5 years of proven experience of individual responsibility for developing, managing and delivering training materials/ strategies/ overall support to R&D Business or projects.
Relevant experience in quality management, compliance, quality assurance, regulations/ documentation & training management and KPI setting and monitoring.
- Organizational awareness.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Able to interact with scientist and managers.
- Able to turn theoretical learning into practical tools.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand end to end process
- Demonstrated ability to take full accountability of small or medium project
