À propos de Protection UNIT

**Training UNIT** est le centre de formation de Protection Unit (* via FACT TRAINING CENTER) acteur 100% belge premier dans son secteur. Le centre de formation est agréé par le SPF Intérieur et dispense des formations liées au secteur de la sécurité et du gardiennage en Belgique mais également des formations en Safety ou Management.

Dans le cadre de nos activités, nous renforçons notre équipe et recherchons « **Training** **Operations Support (h/f/x)** ».

Votre mission
- Affectation des formateurs et des salles ;
- Envoi des plannings aux élèves ;
- Inscriptions, suivi des paiements, gestion des dossiers administratifs ;
- Encodage et archivage des documents administratifs ;
- Suivi de la facturation clients/formateurs et émission des diplômes aux clients ;
- Suivi logistique du centre, gestion des stocks, commandes de matériel ;
- Coordination avec les commerciaux ;
- Réservation des salles, suivi des parkings pour les formations EPI itinérantes ;
- Organisation des sessions itinérantes et suivi du transporteur ;
- Coordination de la prise/remise de matériel par les formateurs ;
- Travail en équipe.

Votre profil
- Parler Français et Néerlandais. Avoir un niveau minimum B2 pour la seconde langue.
- Expérience solide en gestion administrative, planification et coordination ;
- Compétences en communication, résolution de problèmes et travail d'équipe ;
- Maîtrise de bases de données et procédures de facturation ;
- Approche organisée, proactive et adaptabilité aux besoins changeants.
