iText is a fast growing, global company in the digital documents space and leader in PDF-technology. The company's flagship product is an open-source software library to create and manipulate PDF documents in Java and.Net (C#). There are currently millions of iText users, both open source and commercial. iText has dedicated international teams with offices in Belgium (Ghent), Singapore, and the USA (Boston).

We've added 3 new products this year and because of our growth plans for the future, we're looking to expand our teams to meet the growing demand of our products.

iText is looking for an I**nside Sales** to join its EMEA team in Belgium. In this role you will be responsible to help iText gain more international exposure in the EMEA region by selling into existing and new customers. Specifically, you’ll be responsible for a lot of the **EMEA **region.

**What you'll do**

You will manage incoming inquiries and undertake outbound activities to secure sales of iText software in existing customers and new markets

You will sell iText licenses within your region

Identify and manage new sales opportunities withing existing and prospect accounts (upselling and cross selling).

Generate new opportunities by identifying and contacting prospects withing targeted markets (outbound selling). For this you will work closely with our marketing team by lead generation.

Maintain and oversee records within CRM.

**What you bring**

Bachelor degree or higher

You have a first sales experience in a B2B software industry/ technology environment.

You’re eager to over-achieve your sales quota.

You have experience with different sales methods.

Because of you background in a technology environment, you feel comfortable talking to more technical profiles (software developers, - architects, IT Managers,).

You have great written and verbal communication skills in English and French, knowledge of Spanish or Italian is a plus.

Customer centric and outgoing personality.

You had international exposure, working with clients throughout your region.

You show a high level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationships.

You have experience in use of CRM Software, MS Dynamics preferred.

In this role, you'll be joining our growing team in our Belgium office. With the guidance of our existing sales people, you'll grow to a true iText sales expert.
