We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Risk Insurance Manager to join our young and dynamic team.
This function is a group function meaning that you will have a broad international scope. This role gives a high responsibility as you are the single point of contact responsible for identifying potential risks and manage the insurance policies and claims.
**Key Accountabilities**
- You will have the opportunity to develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to minimize the company’s exposure to potential risks
- You can initiate and implement new projects that improve the well-being of all employees
- The assets of our company are very important and therefore also there you will have the responsibility to drive new projects that aim to protect the assets of the company
- You will be the manager of the company’s insurance policies including property, cyber, general and product liability, workers compensation medical insurance,
- The risk assessment matrix is an important tool in our organization and will be part of your responsibilities
**Who are we looking for?**
- You have a master or a bachelor degree in insurance, finance or legal
- You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- You have knowledge of risk management principles and practices
- As a personality you are a challenger, very strong negotiator and have a problem solving
- You have an excellent knowledge of English, Dutch and/or French are nice to have
- You are capable to organize, plan and execute tasks reliably and independently
