**Function**:
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- You will manage the customer service department
- You will build sustainable relationships and trust trough open and interactive communication; you build a lasting customer contact
- You follow up complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- You will complete sales correctly and in a customer-friendly manner; you will provide the customer with information about prices, delivery times, etc.
- You will manage the order delivery cycle
- You actively participate in our organisation; you will be the voice of the customer

**Profile**:

- You have a bachelor’s degree or have relevant experience in a similar position.
- You have least 5 years of experience in a Customer Service Team Leader role or similar.
- You speak and write fluently Dutch and French. Other languages are an asset.
- You have an advanced knowledge of Excel and eagerness to learn business analytics tools.
- You have a structured approach for analysis, and you have project management mind-set.
- Driven by results & excellence in the job, you have the attitude to make things happen.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
