Onze klant is actief in de **FMCG.**
Als Customer Care Agent ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw van onze B2C klantenbeleving binnen het sales departement. Je bent de spilfiguur en het eerste aanspreekpunt voor eindverbruikers bij problemen en vragen over de producten en online bestellingen. Je zorgt voor een snelle en kwaliteitsvolle opvolging van klantentickets en weet hierbij goed te luisteren en de juiste vragen te stellen. Je hebt een aangeboren talent voor mondelinge en schriftelijke communicaties. Je zal in deze functie rapporteren aan de Customer Service Manager.
De **verantwoordelijkheden** voor deze functie als **Customer Service Agent **zijn:
- Je behandelt klantenklachten en allerhande vragen snel en efficiënt - mix van telefoon
- en mailverkeer.
- Je zorgt voor een proactieve opvolging van weborders en coördineert stockorders naar onze externe logistieke partner
- Je staat consumenten in het online ordering gebeuren bij en bezorgt constructieve feedback aan de website manager
- Je doet verbeteringsvoorstellen voor structurele problemen ter optimalisatie van processen en klantentevredenheid
- Je ondersteunt de community manager in het beantwoorden van online klachten op de social media kanalen.
De vereiste **kwalificaties** voor de functie als **Customer Service Agent **zijn:
- Je bent in het bezit van een diploma in een relevante studierichting en hebt ervaring van **minimum 3 tot 5 jaar binnen een rol als customer support/helpdesk agent.**
- Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot en werk stipt en nauwkeurig.
- Je hebt een proactieve '_customer first_' attitude, vlot in omgang en stressbestendig.
- Je bent een geboren luisteraar en een echte probleemoplosser die kan werken in een snel veranderende omgeving.
- Je bent communicatief** sterk in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).**:
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het MS Officepakket (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Je bent positief ingesteld en houdt ervan om klanten verder te helpen
