**What's the role**:
As a Customer Tool Service Agent, you are the internal point of contact for all questions related to our tool repair processes. You will be the link between our customers, our salesforce and the regional repair center in France.

**What does the role involve?**:
- As the internal point of contact, you will manage the complete repair process of our customers. In order to ensure minimum delay for the repair of our customer's tools, you will have to effectively manage complaints, quotes and other queries.- You will work hand in hand with our internal departments and our field salesforce to ensure an impeccable service. **What you need is**:
- A university degree.
- Experience in a customer service environment. A commercial or technical experience is an asset.
- Fluent in French and Dutch with solid knowledge of English.
- Good command of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint and Word). Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- You are solution oriented, you love helping customers and are a team player.
- You are passionate, with an eye for improving existing processes, and have the desire to learn and develop continuously.
