Onze klant is actief in de bouwsector. Ze zijn dringend op zoek naar een Customer Service Agent in Anderlecht, die gemakkelijk contacten legt en niet ongevoelig is voor techniek. Deze veelzijdige functie, binnen het kloppend hart van het bedrijf, is bestemd voor een goed georganiseerd autonoom, stabiel, nauwkeurig en gemotiveerd persoon, welke gemakkelijk contacten legt en niet ongevoelig is voor techniek.
De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie als Customer Service Agent zijn:
- Uitwerken van offertes.
- Invoeren van bestellingen en algemene administratieve opvolging tot facturatie via ERP software.
- Technische informatie verstrekken aan distributeurs en installateurs
- Ontvangst klanten, architecten en installateurs in de showroom en voorstelling van de producten.
- Aansturen van de verkoopafdeling: beheer van de dagelijkse agenda, rapporteren van verkoopstatistieken, versterken van het klantencontact, assisteren van de account managers.
- Interne en externe communicatie door het beheren van de informatiestroom.
- Logistiek: Het organiseren van de transporten in binnen
- en buitenland voor klanten en leveranciers.
De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie als Customer Service Agent zijn:
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een Bachelor diploma op zak en hebt idealiter reeds enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans, aangevuld met een goede kennis van het Engels;
- Klantgericht, nauwgezet, stressbestendig, een uitstekend geheugen en een scherp gevoel voor ontwikkeling, verantwoordelijkheid en het stellen van prioriteiten zijn de andere kwaliteiten nodig voor deze functie.
