We are looking for a bright **Junior Talent Acquisition Officer** to join our **People & Business Organization** team based in **Louvain-la-Neuve**.

As a **Junior Talent Acquisition Officer**, you will be supporting the next growth of N-SIDE by coordinating the recruitment process together with the HR Coordinators.

**What you’ll do**
- You will participate and manage the selection process from A to Z: review job description, posting them, CV screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, providing feedback
- You will manage internship program
- You will organize and participate in recruitment events like job fairs, students night, etc.
- You will become a trusted partner of our business stakeholders by giving Talent Acquisition advices and help recruit our next colleagues
- You will implement/coordinate partnership initiatives with Universities to attract & recruit graduates at university level

**About you**
- You obtained master/bachelor in Human Resources, organizational psychology, business administration, or any related field
- Young graduates are welcome
- You have a passion for people and giving them the best experience
- You are flexible and organized
- You are rigorous and pay attention to details
- You like to communicate with others and you can communicate effectively with different stakeholders
- You are a team player
- You are fluent in English. French is a plus.
