**DE JOB**
- Als coördinator van de maatschappelijk assistenten ben je de verbindende kracht tussen de verschillende maatschappelijke assistenten en stakeholders. Jij stuurt het team aan, begeleidt en ondersteunt de maatschappelijke assistenten, en coördineert hun werkzaamheden.
- Je hebt oog voor de ontwikkelingen rond jou en streeft ernaar om de aangeboden dienstverlening continu te verbeteren en bij te sturen in functie van de behoeften van de klanten en de maatschappelijke evoluties.
- Je organiseert de werkzaamheden van de maatschappelijke assistenten en ziet toe op de toepassing van de processen en richtlijnen zodat de operationele doelstellingen op een correcte, efficiënte en klantgerichte wijze behaald worden.
- Je coacht de leden van je team om ervoor te zorgen dat ze gemotiveerd en competent zijn om het vereiste werk uit te voeren. Je biedt ook operationele ondersteuning waar nodig.
- Je coördineert taken die deel uitmaken van het proces Return2Work om de arbeidsongeschikte medewerkers van de Belgische spoorwegen zo uniform mogelijk naar de werkhervatting te begeleiden.
- Je werkt regelmatig je kennis in je vakgebied bij. Je volgt de evolutie van de wetgeving die betrekking heeft op het vakdomein van de maatschappelijke assistenten, zowel op federaal als op regionaal vlak. Zo draag je bij tot de optimalisatie van de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening.
- Je bepaalt de functionele behoeften van je team, analyseert de processen en geeft ze door aan de business analisten met het oog op het actualiseren, moderniseren, vereenvoudigen en digitaliseren van de processen en werkinstructies.
- Je onderhoudt werkrelaties met verschillende partners (andere diensten en afdelingen van HR Rail, de KGV, de entiteiten NMBS en Infrabel) zodat je door een goede samenwerking een vlotte en efficiënte dienstverlening/verloop van de processen kan garanderen.
**JOUW PROFIEL**
- Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma in een menswetenschappelijke richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in de sociale sector. Daarnaast heb je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in people management.
**Technische competenties**:
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van zowel het Nederlands, als het Frans. Deze talenkennis is essentieel om je tweetalig team te kunnen begeleiden.
- Je hebt een rijbewijs B
- Kennis van de sociale wetgeving is een must
- Je verplaatst je naar de verschillende onthaalpunten, in functie van de behoeften van het team.

- Oplossingen implementeren: Je neemt het initiatief om oplossingen te bieden en vooruit te gaan om problemen op te lossen.
- Beslissingen nemen: Je spreekt je eenduidig en beredeneerd uit over een bepaald standpunt of een bepaalde actie en neemt hiervoor verantwoordelijkheid.
- Communiceren: Je bent een goede luisteraar, past je boodschap aan je gesprekspartner aan en bent klantgericht.
- Klanten adviseren: Je bouwt langdurige relaties op met klanten door te anticiperen op hun behoeften, advies op maat te geven en te zorgen voor klanttevredenheid.
- Fungeren als bemiddelaar: Je bent open en begripvol in de communicatie. Je signaleert op de juiste manier knelpunten, opent het debat en komt tot een akkoord met de betrokken partijen.
- Toon integriteit: Je verdient vertrouwen en handelt eerlijk, consistent en betrouwbaar, in overeenstemming met algemeen aanvaarde sociale en ethische normen en bedrijfsregels en -waarden.
