Nickel has launched its activities in Belgium in June 2022 with the objective to reach 300.000 accounts and 1.300 Points of Sale within 6 years, and is now looking for its new Marketing Officer

Nickel Belgium is looking for a **flexible and versatile marketeer**, customer-oriented, **entrepreneur and trustworthy** professional to contribute to its ambition.

By joining our marketing team, you will help us to build and maintain a strong and consistent brand, through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. You’ll be strongly committed in further increasing our brand awareness and customer acquisition and supporting the sales team in the development of our point of sale network.

The position is based in Brussels and you will be directly reporting to the Marketing Manager of Nickel Belgium.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Support the sales team in the network development by creating and managing online-offline prospection campaigns.
- Manage point of sale materials from creation to delivery in order to increase Nickel awareness.
- Organize brand activation actions to drive new customers.
- Develop B2B campaigns with the creative agency.
- Support onboarding, engagement and loyalty of our network by improving the contact strategy through different channels such as CRM, Newsletters,
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, Operations and Corporate teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

**About the Profile**
- At least **a first experience marketing** together with the potential and attitude required to learn and grow in the company.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or relevant field of study;
- **French or Dutch** speaking with good knowledge of english.
- Entrepreneurial and ‘test and learn’ mindset;
- Hands-on
- Advanced oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to details;
- Ability to work independently and autonomously, and to **manage time and multiple priorities** to execute high quality deliverables;
- Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, data-driven decision-making;
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- Possibility to start in the next few weeks
