**Het Paleis voor Schone Kunsten (Bozar) is een toonaangevend cultuurhuis in het hart van Europa. Een multidisciplinair programma van tentoonstellingen, concerten, film, performances, literatuur en conferenties koppelt het culturele erfgoed aan creatie, en wereldculturen aan de artistieke actualiteit in ons land.**

**Sinds januari 2023 slaat het team Marketing & Communicatie van Bozar een nieuwe richting in en richt het zich op drie strategische doelstellingen: love brand building, customer centricity en futureproof innovation.**

Kun jij het nodige netwerk uitbouwen om de aandacht te vestigen op de diverse artistieke disciplines die Bozar aanbiedt, waaronder film, lezingen en debatten, digitale kunst, performances en transversale projecten? MARKETING & COMMUNICATION OFFICER
- Binnen het departement Marketing & Communicatie, maak je deel uit het van het team Marketing en ben je samen met één andere collega verantwoordelijk voor de promotie en communicatie van onze films, lezingen en debatten, performances, digitale kunst en transversale projecten
- Je bedenkt originele marketingcampagnes en stelt communicatieplannen op, in de lijn met de marketing
- en communicatiedoelstellingen. Voor de uitwerking van deze plannen stel je heldere briefings op en werk je nauw samen met het content team, het press team en het digital team van het departement
- Je verzekert de opvolging, reporting en evaluatie van campagnes aan de hand van vooropgestelde KPI’s.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw disciplines naar het artistieke departement, de Box Office en andere collega’s in huis.
- Vous aimez vous mettre dans la peau des visiteurs et nous aider à réfléchir à la manière dont nous pouvons attirer plus de visiteurs, des nouveaux, des jeunes et des visiteurs venant d'horizons différents. À cette fin, vous contribuerez à la recherche sur les groupes cibles et l'expérience des visiteurs.
- Je vindt het fijn om je in te leven in de bezoeker en om mee na te denken over hoe we meer/nieuwe/jongere/diverse bezoekers kunnen aantrekken. Je werkt daarvoor mee aan onderzoek rond doelgroepen en bezoekersbeleving.
- Je onderhoudt en ontwikkelt nauwe contacten met externe partners (verenigingen, culturele en toeristische organisaties, media,) en gaat op zoek naar nieuwe betekenisvolle samenwerkingen of partners.
- Je respecteert en ondersteunt de strategische doelstellingen van de afdeling : love brand building, customer centricity en futureproof innovation.

**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt een universitaire opleiding of hogere studies en minstens 5 jaar ervaring in marketing/communicatie in de publieke of privésector.
- Je hebt een sterke passie voor cultuur. Ervaring in de culturele sector is een meerwaarde.
- Je bent tweetalig NL/FR, en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je hebt ervaring met trends en ontwikkelingen van digitale marketing in de culturele sector.
- Je bent prestatie
- en resultaatgericht.
- Je bent gedreven en proactief en je legt gemakkelijk contacten met gesprekspartners
- Je bent zelfstandig maar je werkt ook graag in team en brengt creatieve ideeën aan.
- Je bent stressbestendig en werkt graag mee in een dynamisch team.
- Je bent voldoende flexibel om Bozar regelmatig op evenementen, die zich ook ‘s avonds en in het weekend afspelen, te vertegenwoordigen.
