Business Analyst - Strategic Accounts
Objective of the role?
We are looking for a Business Analyst ( = Business Partner) to undertake billing operations on Strategic Accounts in our Finance department. You will be responsible to analyse cost data, and issue revenue invoices with a high degree of accuracy to validate correctness of costs and guarantee our revenue.
What will you be doing in the role ?
- Taking ownership of end-to-end invoicing process for Strategic Account.
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems in a timely structured manner, opportunities and solutions for the business
- Hands-on Business Partner role with Customer, Suppliers, Business and Finance for this strategic accounts
- Streamline and improve internal and external reporting
- Make sure reporting requirements are met
- Forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis combined with understanding of key performance indicators.

What do we need from you?
- Bachelors degree and 2 to 5 years work experience within finance/finance operations.
- Basic knowledge of Financial Accounting to coordinate with the Accounting team and provide accurate instructions on your Strategic Account financials for periodic closing process (Example, accrual bookings, accrual reversals etc., explanation of variances etc.)
- Very good analytical skills, number cruncher, analyse large data, and with an eye for detail simultaneously able to maintain high level business view.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain the big picture.
- Ability to manage pressure and comfortable working independently with limited supervision to meet required deadlines.
- Very good soft skills and communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Language skills: excellent English (spoken & written) - FR or NL is nice to have.
- Tech savvy, advance MS Excel. Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI & SQL is a plus, more importantly should be keen and motivated to learn new tech skills on the job.
