Zin om mee te werken aan de lancering van een nieuw, jong en innovatief digitaal merk binnen de MIVB?
Binnenkort introduceren we onze nieuwste multimodale mobiliteitsoplossing en we zijn op zoek naar een Social Media Editor

Jouw rol?
Samen met je collega’s van de communicatie
- en marketingafdelingen, een volledige socialemediastrategie uitwerken en implementeren, met als doel een optimale zichtbaarheid en goede reputatie te verzekeren.
Ben je creatief, neem je graag initiatief, heb je gevoel voor humor (ja we lachen graag in ons team ) en ben je een geweldige teamspeler (maar kan je ook zelfstandig aan een project werken)? Ontdek dan hieronder wat je concreet te wachten staat in het kader van deze niet te missen lancering

Functieomschrijving:

- Je werkt de socialemediastrategie uit in overeenstemming met onze globale communicatie
- en marketingstrategie
- Je stelt een volledige redactionele planning op en zorgt voor de implementatie ervan
- Je beheert en ontwikkelt de content van de sociale media en je verhoogt zo de zichtbaarheid bij de doelgroepen. Daarvoor zorg je dat de inhoud van elke boodschap aangepast is aan de specifieke eigenschappen van elk platform en doelpubliek.
- Je identificeert en informeert de doelpublieken over alle aspecten en uitdagingen van de Brusselse mobiliteit.
- Je observeert, waakt en analyseert om een volledige rapportering te kunnen voorzien en je initiatieven te kunnen optimaliseren
- En last but not least, als je talent of een passie hebt voor video, fotografie, audio, kortom als je graag je creatieve kant laat zien, dan is dat meer dan welkom

**Gevraagd profiel**:
Interesse in de functie van Social Media Editor binnen dit innovatieve project? Misschien herken je je wel in het profiel dat we zoeken:

- Naast een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in communicatie, journalistiek, talen, enz. (of een gelijkwaardige ervaring), beschik je uiteraard over een goede kennis van de specifieke eigenschappen van elk sociaal medium, weet je hoe je via elk kanaal het juiste publiek bereikt en beheers je hun specifieke technieken.
- Je kent ook de advertentiemogelijkheden op elk platform.
- Je bent proactief, nieuwsgierig en houdt graag voeling met de laatste trends.
- Je collega’s en vrienden omschrijven je als een creatief, flexibel persoon met een goede teamspirit die toch ook pragmatisch en resultaatgericht is en zelfstandig kan werken
- Je houdt van verhalen en vooral, je herkent een goed verhaal en weet hoe het te vertellen. Je beschikt dan ook over goede redactionele vaardigheden (met een perfect n iveau van het Nederlands en een uitstekende kennis van het Frans en het Engels)
- Je bent gepassioneerd door de Brusselse mobiliteit en wil graag een motor van verandering zijn
