Artcrush’ Mission is to color the life of people in Outstanding Ways, by bringing Art into the life and heart of millions.
Artcrush is a team of Art enthusiasts harnessing the power of hundreds of thousands of Digital Advertising billboards, to bring the Art of emerging and established Artists into the daily life of as many as possible people.
Until recently, most collectors and Art Lovers were wealthy people, the top 1% wealthiest people on this planet. To be invited to visit an Art gallery and participate in a vernissage, you had to own a nice house, a nice car, and possibly a serious amount of money on a bank account. Exhibiting Art was costly: the cost of the space to exhibit the art was high, the insurance cost was high, the logistic costs were high, and the wages of the art experts where as high. So the total cost of creating an Art Exhibition were high.
At Artcrush, our mission is to bring Art and Digital Art to the 99% of people who were not invited to the Art Galleries in the past, or were too intimidated to enter an Art Gallery, or were not tech savvy enough to visit Opensea.io
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join Artcrush as an Operations Intern for our (Digital) Art Production Platform. As a passionate advocate for Art, your role will be crucial in facilitating the communication, coordination, and execution of our (Digital) Art projects across various platforms worldwide.
**Responsibilities**:
**Management of the Digital Screen Booking Process**:
- Assist in creating and maintaining a centralized calendar for screen bookings.
- If it's an exhibition beaming:Coordinate with venues and locations for planning.
Coordinate logistics with the beaming manager.
- Assist in preparing documentation for clear agreements, including terms and conditions.
- Assist in booking screens in certain cases (programmatic purchases via DSPs like Displayce, Seeblindspot, or Hivestack).
- Collect files from artists and compile a complete dossier per exhibition to be sent to the display company.
**Organization of Photographic/Video Reports**:
- Assist in researching and building a database of freelancers per city to ensure the quality of photo and video reporting, including partner pricing information.
- Assist in creating project calendars.
- Create a reusable briefing template for photographers/videographers.
- Support coordination of communication with photographers/videographers and partners (Obscura DAO).
**Communication to Artists of Exhibition Planning, Live Operations Monitoring, Timely Exhibition Execution, Sending Reports to Artists**:
- Create a pre-briefing for artists for each exhibition:Planned locations and formats for the exhibition.
Partner information.
Dates, hours, and frequency of exposure.
- Assist in executing exhibitions on time. In case of issues, notify the artists.
- During the exhibition: continue to assist in communication between artists, technicians, photographers/videographers, and partners.
- Monitor the production of visual materials (videos or photos) for the project to obtain them on time.
- Send the materials showcasing our exhibition to artists and partners (display companies, curators, artist managers), requesting publication through the best channel.
- Participate in verifying the quality of exhibitions and reports.
- Assist in writing a debrief, whether for artists or OOH partner companies:Number of clicks.
Social media posts (views, engagements).
Press reactions.
**Act as a Liaison with External Parties and Promote Artcrush Externally**:
- Assist in organizing meetings or presentations with display companies and other partners.
- Compile "success stories," "satisfied member testimonials," or "notable achievements" to enable marketing to promote Artcrush in the press and other channels.
- Assist in the distribution of promotional materials:Create lists of possible press contacts.
Create lists of potential partner galleries.
**Stay Informed About Art Industry Trends and Emerging Technologies**:
- Monitor art industry news, social media, and press publications for relevant updates.
- Summarize key trends and developments in digital art and multimedia platforms and share them with the marketing team.
- Assist in researching new technologies or platforms of potential interest to Artcrush, its artists, partners, or members.
- Propose mini-articles for the monthly newsletter.
- Help prepare industry outlook presentations for the team's monthly inspiration.
**Management of Member Customer Support**:
- Assist in developing a new communication channel with our members, providing updates on upcoming exhibitions, events, or giveaways.
- Assist in collecting and organizing the distribution of digital artworks to members.
- Support the logistics of member engagement initiatives.
**Logistic Coordination**:
- Assist in organizing logistics for sending gifts or promotional materials to partners and clients.
