En tant que **Operations Director**, vous êtes la force motrice derrière la gestion, l'organisation et la planification des activités opérationnelles au sein de notre Business Unit. Vous vous assurez que l'organisation, les ressources et les priorités de vos équipes s'alignent parfaitement sur la vision et la stratégie de Partena Professional. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans l'atteinte de nos objectifs opérationnels et dans la promotion de l'efficacité, de la productivité et de la qualité de nos services.

**Mise en œuvre stratégique**:
- **Architecte de la vision**: Développez et mettez en œuvre une stratégie prospective qui propulse notre organisation vers de nouveaux sommets.
- **De l'idée à la réalité**: Traduisez notre vision en un plan d'action inspirant et motivant, et collaborez avec l'équipe de direction pour transformer les objectifs stratégiques en actions mesurables.
**Amélioration des processus**:
- **Innovateur en efficacité**: Augmentez continuellement l'efficacité et la qualité de nos processus opérationnels.
- **Pionnier de l'amélioration**: Dirigez des projets qui élèvent notre efficacité et notre orientation client à un niveau supérieur.
**Gestion de l'équipe**:
- **Orchestrateur de talents**: Exploitez au mieux les compétences uniques de votre équipe et assurez une répartition parfaite des responsabilités.
- **Coach et mentor**: Inspirez vos collaborateurs/trices, guidez-les à travers les changements et stimulez leur croissance professionnelle.
- **Leader de la transformation**: Conduisez votre équipe avec vision et courage à travers les processus de changement et favorisez l'adaptabilité.

- **Ambassadeur Partena**: Positionnez-vous comme l'interlocuteur privilégié pour le gouvernement et les partenaires externes, et défendez avec passion notre image, notre vision et nos intérêts.

- **Qui êtes-vous ?**
- Vous possédez un diplôme master dans un domaine pertinent.
- Vous maîtrisez couramment le néerlandais, le français et l'anglais.
- Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Business Unit Manager, de préférence dans un environnement opérationnel.
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication et pouvez inspirer et motiver votre équipe.
- Vous avez de solides compétences analytiques et pouvez traduire des objectifs stratégiques en actions concrètes.
- Vous êtes un coach né(e), savez stimuler la participation et offrez vision, inspiration et direction à votre équipe.
- Vous êtes assertif(ve), savez communiquer vos idées clairement et êtes ouvert(e) au dialogue.
- L'intérêt et la curiosité pour la paie sont essentiels. Vous recherchez activement des retours et apprenez rapidement de nouvelles choses.
- Vous pouvez travailler de manière autonome, prendre des initiatives et les mener à bien avec succès.
